I had to take a quick moment to write down a few things about the boys that have really made us laugh over the past few weeks....enjoy. :)

We told Jake that Landry would be born in 40 hours 2 days before induction. He said "Daddy, how many Sponge Bobs is that?" Daddy said "it is 80 episodes of Sponge Bob". Jake said "WOW, that is more grass than one cow can eat!" WHERE IN THE WORLD DID HE GET THAT??? So funny.

We have a state puzzle that has been very educational for the kids. It is one of their favorite things to do together and has helped them learn their states and important facts about them. Jake has decided that when he grows up he is moving to Wisconsin because it is the "cheese state". If you ask Kaden where he wants to live when he grows up he will say "either Washington state or somewhere on the East Coast"

Jake got upset with me the other day because I wouldn't take him to Elevation Burger to get a "Wisconsin grilled cheese" so he told me that he was just leaving and moving to Wisconsin. 5 minutes later he had his winter coat on and was crying big croc tears telling me how much he was going to miss me. He had totally convinced himself he was leaving. He even gave me a piece of art he had done a few days before and said "whenever you miss me just look at this to remember me." Soooo dramatic! He walked out to the garage and 10 mins later i went to check on him. He was crying and said, "mommy, please call me a cab to take me to the airport". I struck a deal with him to take him to Elevation Burger the next day. He won me over with his creativity. That is all it took and he came in to put up his coat. :)

Kaden has turned into an amazing big brother to Landry. He is always super concerned about where she is and what she is doing. He loves to come up to her and cuddle, give kisses, and bring her toys. He is soo very gentle with her and it warms my heart to know how much he loves her. This is a picture of Kaden reading to his baby sister!
